As I mentioned previously on social media, one of my editorial clients was interested in me producing a street photography blog shot in Seattle. Well, things didn't go quite as planned as that client is doing away with blogs. Oh well, I'm still holding out hope that some publication or site in either Seattle or Portland will indeed go for the idea, as I for one think it's a pretty good one. Until then, I continue to post them here. In this particular case, these were the images I shot for what I thought would be the first two posts.
Like I mentioned in my previous Portland street post, I've been experimenting with a different style, more akin to portraiture lately.
The day I was there was also the day before they steam-cleaned the infamous gum wall, of which people were making their last additions to. Of course, the wall was quickly re-plastered the following week.
